バンクーバーのあるBC（ブリティッシュ・コロンビア）州は、2013年4月1日から消費税制度が（また！）変わりました。
2010年に導入された HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) が廃止され、以前の国の消費税 GST (Goods and Sales Tax) と 州の消費税 PST (Provincial Sales Tax) の課税に戻った、ということです。
ほとんどはHSTが導入される前の制度と同じなのですが・・でも
「で、何がGSTだけ？何にPSTがかかるの？安くなる？」
「税金かかるの？かからないの？一緒なの？ムキー！！」
ってなる人（私たちも含めて）もいると思いますので、LifeVancouver 今回は政府のサイトを見ながら頑張って作りましたよー。要ブックマーク！
「保存版 2013 BC州消費税制度 GST/PST 何にかかるの？完全ガイド」※
【基本ルール！】
１．GST 5%は、カナダ政府・国の消費税なのでほぼ全てにかかります。
（もともと税金がかからないものを除く）
２．PST 7%は、BC州の消費税で、以下のルールに従います。
– 基本的にBC州内で購入する商品、利用するサービスにかかります。
– BC州内に持ってきたもの、送ったものにかかります。
– ソフトウェア購入や弁護士費用、電話、ホテル宿泊の利用にかかります。
３．BC州政府の内容を元に作ってますが、違う所があればご指摘ください！
できるだけ早く修正するように努力します。
【分類について】
以下の４つの分類で分けています。
